Who is Girlfriends Ignite?
Girlfriends Ignite is a Christian nonprofit organization that empowers teenage girls through mentoring, events, and community support. Founded in 2008, we help girls build self-esteem, navigate challenges, and reach their full potential in a safe and nurturing environment.
What services does Girlfriends Ignite offer?
Mentoring: We pair teen girls with caring adult mentors who provide guidance, support, and encouragement on a monthly basis. Mentors address topics like self-esteem, healthy relationships, peer pressure, career planning, and more.
Events: We host engaging events throughout the year, such as workshops, retreats, community service projects, etiquette classes, and social gatherings. These events provide opportunities for girls to learn, grow, and connect with peers and positive role models.
Resources: We offer a variety of resources for girls and their families, including online articles, videos, and access to mental health professionals.
Who can participate in Girlfriends Ignite?
Any teenage girl can participate in our programs, regardless of their background, beliefs, or circumstances. We welcome girls of all ethnicities, religions, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
How can I become a mentor?
